	PEOPLE AND VALUES Grinding solutions since 1952 GER employs a highly skilled and experienced team of aproximately 50 people, our facility having the ability to supply the latest technology customised grinding machines providing cost effective high quality production solutions.

	DESIGN AND QUALITY Our Design area is responsible for constantly innovating and updating our machine standards. Above and beyond these standards, the needs of each client are meticulously studied and the demanded modifications are introduced to ensure our machine meets their exact requirements.

	At GER we believe a grinding machine is a long-term investment which has to start producing benefits as soon as it has been installed. All our machines are built under DIN norm and comply with the CE safety standards.

We have internally developed our own quality system in which each worker is responsible of the compliance of the task undertaken and of the control of the same, ensuring that all design and construction proceures are followed step by step.

Old jobs such as guide-way scrapper or mechanical adjuster play a crucial role and after each operation the geometry and functionality of the machine is controlled to ensure the final result.

Our suppliers are carefully selected and a collaboration is established with them to ensure the components integrated are the most suitable.

FUNCTIONAL TESTS

Each of our machines has to perform the following tests once it has been manufactured,

1.- Geometrical verification as per related DIN standard.
2.- Working tests of all functions and accessories included in the machine.
3.- Standard GER piece grinding tests .
4.- Repeatability tests on GER Standard piece series.

Furthermore, at the end of the process, we always recommend our customer to come to GER to complete an acceptance protocol on their own pieces.

INSTALLATION, TRAINING AND GUARANTEE

Our experience has shown us that most of the problems in a grinding machine in its first year of life are due to a wrong installation.

For this reason, no matter the continent or country where the machine is installed, our technicians ensure personally the right positioning and levelling, they complete the installation, transfer the knowledge so the operator knows how to use it and they support him during the production of the first pieces.

As a member company of CECIMO (European Machine Tools Manufacturers Association) our guarantee complies with the usual legislation.
